Class Description

Unlock the freedom and security of carrying a handgun in Texas with the U.S. LawShield Texas Online License to Carry (LTC) Course. Our expertly crafted course is designed to provide you with the most comprehensive, educational, and valuable training available. Developed by a team of seasoned instructors and Independent Program Attorneys (IPAs), this 4-hour eLearning course ensures you meet the training and written exam requirements outlined in Tex. Gov’t Code § 411.188.

You can obtain your Texas LTC in three simple steps!

- Step 1 – Complete the Online Course: Satisfy the educational requirements with our engaging 4-hour eLearning program.
- Step 2 – Attend The Range Instruction: After the online course, participate in a 1-2 hour Range Instruction training with a Texas Qualified LTC Instructor. At the completion of the course you will receive instructions on how to coordinate with a Texas LTC instructor who can administer your in-person handgun proficiency test.
- Step 3 – Submit Your Application: Complete and submit your application to the State of Texas with our provided instructions.
