Goal is to provide individuals with the necessary training to become licensed Personal Protection Officers (PPO), or “bodyguards” in Texas.
Description
You must be a registered employee of a state-licensed security company to work as a security officer in the state of Texas.
Upon successful completion of the training, a pocket card including name, photo, signature, date of issue and date of expiration will be issued and must keep on the security officer while on duty.

Any person wishing to pursue a Texas Personal Protection Officer (PPO) certification.

Be at least 21 years of age; Completion of Private Security Level II and Level III
Course Length
15 hours
Course Topics
Topics include Roles and Responsibilities of a Personal Protection Officer, Defensive Tactics, Use of Force, Risk Management, Emergency Response and First Aid, and several other important topics.
Attendance
Class attendance is an essential part of the education process, and participants are expected to attend all class sessions.
Cancellation Policy: Students who cancel their reservation less than 7 days before the class, or “no-show” without notifying Instructors, will not be refunded.
